Our role is strictly neutral and process-driven, focused on reviewing appraisal documentation, facilitating clarity where needed, and issuing decisions consistent with the appraisal clause. We do not advocate for either party, interpret coverage, or guarantee outcomes. Umpire services are provided by experienced professionals with extensive appraisal backgrounds and relevant credentials, including PLAN certification.
